Attitude and motivation are related.
1. Attitude determines how we see things and how we act.
2. Motivation is the driving force behind actions.
Combined, they work effectively to refocus the mind through a vivid vision of an ideal future.

Attitude

Attitude can define or delimit our level of success.
It may determine:
*How we react to adversity.
*Our ability to grow and learn.
*How we overcome challenges.
*How we bond with others.
Henry Ford said, “If you think you can or think you can't, you are right.”
The optimist sees opportunity.
In any endeavor, whether it be business, sport or life, attitude may be the only barrier to success.
The pessimist who has feelings of being at the mercy of the unknown, creates boundaries that restrict the mind.

Motivation

Motivation is desire that reflects:
*needs
*values
*wants
These are the inherent building blocks that motivates an individual to:
*Reach for a goal
*Solve a problem
*Change old habits
Motivation creates the high spirits of enthusiasm.

Whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve.
The mind is the tool of the imagination.
It is the key to desire.
A single thought can create a multitude of possibilities.
"Can" indicates a possibility.
Possibilities create opportunities.
Passion overcomes inertia and dispels boredom.
Right thinking builds the mental stamina of inspiration for a happier and more productive life.
Wrong thinking becomes harmful and even destructive - it leads to aimless life.

Exercise, diet and attitude provides that inner rejuvenation for staying youthful, having more energy and reducing the risk of disease.
The body functions as an entire unit that requires a sensible diet, exercise, rest, and a positive attitude to get the best results.
Food
The foods we eat and the quantities we consume affect our body-weight, muscle tone, skin complexion, vitality as well as the everyday functions of our bodies.
To function, the body needs a well-balanced diet that will provide a constant stream of essential nutrients to keep the body functioning efficiently and in good working order.
The more variety you have in your diet, the less you are likely to suffer from some dietary deficiency.
Exercise
Exercise builds muscle, shape and strength, it invigorates the organs and is also a good way of spending leisure time.
It helps control weight, strengthen the immune system, aids in detoxification and it improves self- esteem.
Any kind of physical exercise that stimulates better circulation and deeper breathing is good to improve or maintain overall health.
It may include walking, skipping, jogging, running, cycling, swimming and aerobics to weightlifting, yoga, team sport and any other forms of enriching practices that an individual may wish to participate.
Rest
When you are asleep or relaxing is the time when the body rebuilds itself from your workouts so, sufficient sleep and rest are important.
However, too much sleep can be almost as bad as not enough while, too much rest will make you sluggish and lazy resulting in poor workouts.
CAUTION
Before undertaking any program of exercise or change in diet always consult your doctor.
For people with a history of health problems and those who smoke it is most important and advisable to have a medical checkup before performing any strenuous exercise program.

The Conscience
We need peace of mind to ease our conscience!
In the spiritual sense, your conscience is the Voice of God!
The conscience provides a moral sense of right and wrong.
It becomes the standard to judge whether or not our actions are ethical.
Visualization
Re-energize the mind through visualization.
*Visualize your ideal self.
*Visualize your ideal lifestyle.
"The quality of life is determined by its activities."
-Aristotle (Ancient Greek Philosopher)
Visualize your goals to influence your inner responses to bring positive results.
A goal creates the steps toward its realization.
The more you visualize that goal, the more motivated you will become to make it happen.
Believe you can and you're halfway there.
-Theodore Roosevelt

Spiritual health is Divine.
It involves the recognition of something more to physical life than sensory experiences.
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart."
-Helen Keller
In the spiritual sense, salvation comes from two important factors:
*Belief in God
*Love thy neighbor
Spiritual fulfillment can only be found in God and Jesus Christ.
It creates a "reason for being" in this life and a meaning beyond in the everlasting life to come.
It gives a sense of peace and an awareness of realities beyond the senses that connects us with God and our fellow human being.
Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain.
